The Line Method was developed by studio owner and founder, Eva Meier. It is a movement approach that goes a step beyond physical fitness, and seamlessly integrates elements of mental and emotional wellness into every session.


The Line Method is a multi-disciplinary fitness approach that incorporates the following elements.
