The Line Method originated from Eva’s personal struggles with pain and movement from a young age. As a dancer, she was always active, but by the age of 17, she inexplicably began experiencing sciatica and debilitating pain. By the time she was 20, she had to leave the dance world because she could barely function or even walk without pain.
Following advice from health professionals to “work out and get stronger,” Eva immersed herself in the fitness world. She obtained my Personal Training certification from the National Council of Personal Trainers and found great mentors in diverse programs, from yoga to weightlifting. Despite gaining strength and anatomical knowledge, the persistent pain continued throughout her college years.
