Eva Meier’s journey towards transforming lives through movement began with her own personal struggles. A former dancer in her youth, Eva confronted the challenges of unexplained sciatica and pelvic instability that hampered her mobility and quality of life. Despite undergoing multiple rounds of physical therapy, she still found herself limited in her movement.
Determined to overcome her health obstacles and extend a helping hand to others facing similar issues, Eva embarked on a transformative path. In 2014, she obtained her Personal Training Certification from the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers while completing her inaugural personal training mentorship in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois.
We are committed to empowering individuals to move with confidence and flourish in their own bodies.
Eva’s pursuit of knowledge and expertise in the realm of fitness connected her with a cadre of mentors who significantly influenced her perspective on movement education.
These mentors spanned various domains, including Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, Pilates, and physical therapy. Over the years, Eva honed her skills and amassed a wealth of experience working alongside these industry professionals.
In 2021, after years of searching and collaboration with experts, Eva received a life-changing diagnosis: Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD). This revelation served as a pivotal moment in her journey, providing clarity and deeper insight into her own chronic movement limitations.
It was this profound personal experience that laid the foundation for The Line Method, Eva’s brainchild. What initially began as a quest to conquer her own mobility challenges organically evolved into a holistic fitness practice. The Line Method is based on the principle belief that in order to achieve a truly elevated state of health you can’t sever mental and emotional wellness from physical wellness, but rather need to incorporate elements of all three.
