Please review our studio policies prior to purchasing a package or session to ensure a seamless fitness journey.

The Line Method In-Studio and Virtual Policies

CANCELATION POLICY

Canceling within 48 hours of your scheduled session will result in a $50.00 instructor fee, no exceptions. The session will be credited back into your account.

We make every effort to accommodate same day rescheduling requests, but if an alternative time is unavailable then you will incur a $50.00 instructor fee, and the session will be credited back into your account.

NO SHOW POLICY

Failure to show up for a session without advanced notice will result in a $50.00 instructor fee, no exceptions. The session will be credited back into your account.

LATE ARRIVALS

Sessions are 55 min long. If the client arrives late for a scheduled session, they will only be able to use the remainder of their original session time. It will be debited from the account like a full session.

Your instructor reserves the right to cancel the session if the client will be/arrives 15 minutes late.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued for medical reasons only and require a doctor’s note. The refund amount will exclude any sessions from the package that have already been debited

*Package Expirations: 20 Package – 6 months from purchase date, 10 Package – 3 months from purchase date.

The Line Method Partner Sessions

Partner sessions include all previously listed policies.

PACKAGED PARTNER SESSIONS

All partner sessions purchased in a package must be scheduled out 5 weeks in advance at a time that is agreeable to all participants.

PARTNER SESSION RESCHEDULES

Reschedules will only be accommodated so long as it works for all participants, and is done within the same business day.

Rescheduling a session to another day will result in the original session time being marked as a late-cancel and debited from both participants’ packages.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

When one or both participants late-cancels from a session, that session will be debited from their package.

In the event that one participant can no longer make the pre-agreed upon weekly session time, we may try to find an alternative weekly session time. If we can’t find an alternative time, the participant will forfeit those sessions until the following 5 week scheduling block.
