With the ability to work out from the comfort of your home, you can create a personalized fitness routine that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle
Eva’s passion for hypermobility-focused training originated from her own personal struggles with pain and movement from a young age. As a dancer, she was always active, but by the age of 17, she inexplicably began experiencing sciatica and debilitating pain. By the time she was 20, she could barely function or even walk without pain.
In late 2020, Eva was diagnosed with Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, a condition affecting joints and connective tissues that can cause pain and fatigue. Determined to help others after learning from her own condition, she became a leading fitness specialist in hypermobility-related movement disorders. Since that time, Eva has developed and presented training sessions for industry professionals and worked with hypermobile clients internationally.
Hypermobile Friendly Workouts is her most recent innovation and is a series of videos and eBooks designed specifically for hypermobile populations to help them get stronger and have a better quality of life.
