Enjoy something a little bit different on the blog today – a Pilates-Inspired HIIT workout! We love Pilates and we love HIIT! So in order to embrace the best of both worlds, we’ve created a short high intensity interval style Pilates workout.

What can you expect? A low impact cardio based workout that encompasses the movement principles that Ligne applies to every workout – good form and a tough challenge. Follow along this quick 12 minute leg and core focused workout!
